Telephonic Consult Conditions 

1. Patient identity is self disclosure. Asking for Telephonic consultation suggest implied consent to history and clinical findings.
2. This is the specialist Consultation. You need to meet nearest qualified Pediatrician. With the help of Him or Her Telephonic advice would be given. NO EMERGENCY OR URGENT TREATMENT is GIVEN in telephonic consultation. Only selected number of patients would be given appointment per day. Hence one may need to wait for it. In Emergency please contact your nearest doctor.
3. No what’s app or Facebook or Twitter or Instagram images or videos are needed to protect confidentiality.
4. In our peripheral centers or with designated Pediatricians you can directly deposit the Telephonic consultation fees.
5. Another option is to do RTGS. No other payment gateway is acceptable.
6. Once payment is confirmed specific time slot (restricted) would be given for you to call in consultation with your Pediatrician.
7. No procedure, No medicine beyond recommended rules as per Government of India would be prescribed in this telephonic conversation. But definitely guidance can be given as cases are complicated. No emergency treatment is done.
8. Health care professional would not be held responsible for side effects or unexpected reactions to drugs. Don’t self medicate or combine traditional medicines. Hypersensitivity reactions to drugs are unpredictable.
